I can't say enough about the service I received purchasing a Certified Pre-Owned 2018 BMW X3. The Sales Manager - Vince Dillon and Salesman - Ted Aguilar provided unbelievable customer service. I actually purchased a vehicle on Saturday. On Sunday I attempted to use two of the options that I thought it had. Since the options did not work, I brought it back to them on Monday so they could teach me how to use these options, it turns out the vehicle was missing the options. I was devastated...but not for long! Vince told me to bring the vehicle back on Tuesday - they would take the return of the vehicle!! I couldn't believe it!! I never thought in a million years that I would be able to return a vehicle. However, I was wrong - Flemington BMW took the vehicle back and helped me find the vehicle of my dreams!!! On Tuesday - Vince and Ted - went to the General Manager, and they helped me secure the EXACT Vehicle with all of the options I was looking for!! I can't say enough about the Flemington BMW team!! I needed to secure a new lease this past weekend but because of time constraints could only make it to the dealership 15 minutes before they were meant to close. Each and every person I spoke to was more than happy to stay late to help me get my lease deal done. Agata went above and beyond my expectations, she jumped in to help me and looped in Noha and Vince to finalize my lease within 1 hour. They all made the experience so easy and seamless and I can't thank them enough for this. Agata and Hez just delivered my car to me and took their time to sit in the car and show me all the amazing features.
