He has an excellent professional and friendly demeanor and I never felt rushed or pressured in any way; quite to the contrary he encouraged me to take my time so I could select the best choice for me. Kursad always responded immediately to every call or text and is the most responsive individual I’ve ever encountered. I am highly particular and demanding with what I wanted and ended up visiting Kursad numerous times before deciding to order a vehicle from the factory. Once again, Kursad knew every aspect of the process and actually made it enjoyable! His estimate of the delivery timeframe was perfect. He personally oversaw the delivery and sent me pics. Kursad worked with the dealership team and obtained an excellent transport service at a very reasonable cost to send my new X5 M60i to my detailer of choice for Paint Protection Film (PPF) application. Additionally, every person I interacted with at Flemington BMW was courteous, professional, and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend Kursad and the entire Flemington BMW team. More
