The price we discussed was the price we paid. I have been to other dealerships where they quote you a price and when you sit down to finalize, you find out there are thousands of dollars in hidden costs that they omitted when discussing price. Staff at the service front desk was very impolite. I went there for an oil change and I asked if they can check the tire air pressure because a warning. Tire valves had an aluminum cap. The gentleman I went there for an oil change and I asked if they can check the tire air pressure because a warning. Tire valves had an aluminum cap. The gentleman from front desk service told me that caps can not be removed and he left. I went to the tire center beside the dealer and they change the valves in few minutes. Service dept at the dealer could not do a very simple job. In addition, i bought the car at the dealer and they told me to have a ride or they will lend me a car when I drop my car for service. I did not have a ride to my work and no car. More
