Save yourself a LOT of time & go to North Shore Honda first I have never taken the time to do an online review of a business/service, but my experience with North Shore Honda was so positive that I decided I ha I have never taken the time to do an online review of a business/service, but my experience with North Shore Honda was so positive that I decided I had to. Simply put, save yourself a LOT of time and just go straight to North Shore Honda. They delivered with the best price, and, just as important (or many would say, more importantly) they had, by far, the most trustworthy, helpful and genuinely nice/“real people” staff. We worked with Noel Ledesma who was incredibly helpful, patient and knowledgeable. We also were lucky enough to be there when Daniel Hawat, a Regional Manager, was there who worked with Noel to get us the best price possible. On top of that, we worked with their wonderful Business Manager, RichCirami, who proactively got us a lower interest rate with our bank than the already-great rate we had previously been approved for. We also LOVE our Honda Pilot. We test drove a lot of other 3-row SUV brands in our research process and, for us, nothing came close to the Honda Pilot. Even if you don’t live near Glen Head, it’s worth the extra drive to have peace of mind that you are working with such a down-to-earth, trustworthy group of people. My sales fella, Noel, had a very genuine and transparent approach to our transaction which was noted and appreciated. Noel did not sell me the car, instead he listened to my concerns, validated and understood my finite budget, educated me on my car’s attributes and worth then followed through by working very hard to ensure I was secured with comfortable financing through their finance manager Richard (another top notch 5-Star player here). I never once felt like Noel was a slick-talking salesman, and he was actually a lot of fun to just interact with as a whole. I would definitely work with him again and would advise family/friends to work with him also. The event ended with Daniel the GM suggesting a fun little photoshoot of me with my new and old cars. 10/10 highly recommend this very safe and positive experience. More

We pick the car out online game in test drove it negotiated a fair price it with in one hour after meeting Richard the finance director we were out the door. As Everyone knows that with the reputation that is impeccable the Carman of New York is without question the best finance director I have ever sat in front of. Bait and switch - even with a signed contract & deposit I just had the worst car buying experience at North Shore Honda. I found a certified Honda Odyssey Touring Elite through Cars.com, spoke with a new sa I just had the worst car buying experience at North Shore Honda. I found a certified Honda Odyssey Touring Elite through Cars.com, spoke with a new salesman Shaun, who proceeded to tell me their policy was to add a 10% fee + $695 to that price. After lots of back and forth with the sales manager, Matt, he said he would waive the 10% fee. Shaun wrote up a contract which clearly stated that I was getting an Odyssey Touring Elite and I provided a $500 deposit. I was clear that I was coming from 2+ hours away so wanted to have everything in writing so there's no miscommunication. I drive 2 hours only to find out they're selling me an Odyssey Touring ($1500 less than what we spoke about and have documented in the listing, the sticker on the window on the car, and sales contract). Matt acknowledged it was a mistake but said there wasn't anything he could do about it other than reimburse me for gas and tolls. I proceeded to speak with their general manager Dave, who could clearly care less about customer service. Net net, I walked out clearly a frustrated customer with no car, after spending 4 hours round trip commuting and $100 on gas and tolls. Save your time with the shady practices of this dealership. More

They sold the car we had put a deposit on, after we got called away out of state on an emergency call & couldn't pick it up right away. They sold it one day before we were able to pick it up. John Raymond, sales manager, is the low life who made the call to sell it to a different customer. THEN he tries to sell us a DIFFERENT car. Fat chance! More
