At the beginning of the process, there was a slight mix-up that required me to return to the dealership to re-sign papers. Initially, I was a bit disturbed, but then I met Noel. He took me under his wing and ensured that everything was in order. When my truck had a warning light that wouldn’t go off, Noel introduced me to the Jerry Ulm Service Department, with whom I am very familiar as this is probably the fifth or sixth vehicle I’ve purchased at this dealership. One of the main reasons I always return is because of Nick. My first purchase was with him when he was a salesman, and it’s clear that his leadership skills were recognized, as he is now the used car manager at Port Ritchie Ford. Please don’t stop there; this guy will take the company far into the future. Noel kept me informed about the status of my truck every day, sometimes three or four times a day. When I recently picked up the truck after having the service module repaired, side steps, and a tonneau cover installed, I was blown away. Noel recommended gloss side steps to better fit the diamond black pearl stripe on the bottom of the truck, making it even more beautiful. I hope this review reaches the highest level of leadership for these individuals. A raise or bonus is certainly in order. These two gentlemen treat the Morgan Auto Group as their own family and provide customers with VIP care. I recently purchased a brand-new truck from Jerry Tampa for my business, expecting reliability and support. However, just 700 miles in, the check engine light (CEL) came on, and after two visits in Tampa for my business, expecting reliability and support. However, just 700 miles in, the check engine light (CEL) came on, and after two visits in one month, no one at the dealership has been able to diagnose or fix the issue. This repeated downtime has forced me to unload and reload all my tools and equipment twice, taking valuable time and causing major inconvenience. Despite explaining the impact on my business, I’ve received no follow-up or response from the manager, Noel, who is fully aware of the situation. Furthermore, they don’t offer a loaner truck or a large SUV that could accommodate my needs. This experience has been a huge disappointment, and I can’t recommend Jerry Tampa and/or Seminole Sanford for anyone needing reliable service and support, especially for business purposes. More
