If you go to this dealership ask for Iris Harley from the start! She is absolutely amazing and I cannot say enough about her. If it were not for her my rating would be much different. My husband and I went k start! She is absolutely amazing and I cannot say enough about her. If it were not for her my rating would be much different. My husband and I went knowing exactly what car we wanted, test drove, and said we were ready to purchase. We were told to give them a minute and someone would be with us. Hours went by and no one even checked on us nor gave us an update. Being that I was 7 months pregnant I was ready to leave and get my car from someone else. We went to tell them we were leaving and they told us to give them 5 more minutes. That’s when Iris noticed us. She came over an profusely apologized and explained what was going on to make things take so long, she spoke to us, explained different packages for the car, walked us through the features of our car, set up our Volvo app, and did everything she could to ensure that once we were finally taken back to sign papers we could drive off the lot. That branch is extremely lucky to have such an amazing sales consultant who truly cares about her customers and does what and all she can to make people happy. More
