I purchased a used car on February 2 and was supposed to get it back the next day after it was detailed, the car was never inspected before I purchased it and the dealership kept the car in service until Fe get it back the next day after it was detailed, the car was never inspected before I purchased it and the dealership kept the car in service until February 10th with little to no updates on the progress. I went to the dealership and was told by the sales manager Lewis I would get rain-guards and black emblems installed For the inconvenience. I was told that since they didn’t have the parts they would have to order them and it would take up to a week to arrive. I called a week later and was told by Lewis I would get a call back the next day but never received a call back. When I went to drive in the rain February 19th and I noticed that the wiper blades would leave streaks instead of wiping the rain off the windshield. February 23rd I called to get an update on the parts but every time I call they send me straight to voicemail. More
