I would like to say that this car-buying experience truly shocked me in a positive way. The negotiating process was straightforward and to the point. Several aspects of my purchase were based on verbal agreements, and to be honest, I was initially concerned about not having things in writing before taking delivery. This included the final price of the car as well as some requested repairs. However, both Geno and Niram exceeded my expectations. They truly walked the talk in my case. The final price was exactly what they had verbally quoted, down to the penny. The pre-delivery requests I had made were completed to a quality that went beyond what I had anticipated.
