The service representative failed to tell customer about honda crv battery pro rated rebate when buying new battery . Also the service team did not do full inspections as part of regular service. They did n honda crv battery pro rated rebate when buying new battery . Also the service team did not do full inspections as part of regular service. They did not check tires pressure and also service team did not check the life of the battery during the regular oil change. Looks like service team rushing up on the service and not doing proper inspections. I am very upset with the service. The main motivation of this service center is to just grab money from the customers add not making them satisfied. More
