Niko our salesman was a pleasure to work with as was the Manager Jim, the vehicle was exactly what we were looking for and the price was about what we expected. The only disappointment was, although it was Manager Jim, the vehicle was exactly what we were looking for and the price was about what we expected. The only disappointment was, although it was a used vehicle, there was no manual in the pouch in the glove box. My wife Emailed Niko and asked but he said he would try and look for it or we could purchase one from the Parts Department or on-line. Needless to say, we purchased one on-line as he never got back to us. I feel a Ford Certified used car should come with a manual to access all the features it has to offer. Otherwise it was a good experience. More
