He was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and patient, walking me through all the features of the car and ensuring I understood everything. Nick even handled the car delivery personally, and his kindness and dedication made the buying process enjoyable and stress-free. However, my experience with the finance department was disappointing. The finance manager’s tone and approach made me feel uneasy, and I found the process lacking in transparency, which affected my trust in their services. Ultimately, I arranged my own financing through Bank of America and secured a better rate. On a positive note, the store manager was supportive and great to work with, which helped balance out my experience. While I highly recommend Audi Livermore and commend their sales and management teams, I would advise future customers to consider arranging their own financing for a smoother, more reliable experience. More
