She has an amazingly calm, positive, energetic and professional demeanor and was just so pleasant and fun to deal with and I highly recommend her. I would never go to anyone else. Andy was also fabulous and so knowledgeable about the Camry. He patiently explained all of the high tech details to me and made sure I understood everything and knew how to use everything.
