We had a great buying experience thanks to Luis Morales. We had been looking for a sienna for almost 4 months. After a brief email exchange and a couple of phone calls we had an opportunity to buy our car. We had been looking for a sienna for almost 4 months. This was my first time buying a new car, and I anticipated a long, drawn-out process with a lot of pressure, but it was the total opposite. Tommy made the entire experience quick, easy, and completely stress-free. I never felt pressured or rushed into anything, and the whole process went very smoothly. Just purchased a new Grand Highlander MAX from Penn Toyota, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Chris Penn, Chris Mignano, and Louis made the entire process completely seamless from start to Toyota, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Chris Penn, Chris Mignano, and Louis made the entire process completely seamless from start to finish. I’ll admit, I can be a little neurotic—maybe even all the time! They were patient, answered all of my questions, and never made me feel rushed or pressured. They also gave me an exceptionally fair price for my trade-in, which I really appreciated. This is my third car purchase in the last five years, and experiences like this are exactly why I keep coming back. Thank you to everyone at Penn Toyota for another outstanding experience. I highly recommend them! More

Jacob’s interest in the client’s satisfaction was evident in his responsive follow-up and eagerness to provide requested information. The fact that I rarely write reviews is a testament to the high quality of his work, which became apparent in a very short time. Without hesitation, I would recommend Jacob to my friends and family.
