Also when I pointed out that i wanted a second master key to come with the car, they made it happen no extra charge. I got an IOU for it since it was quite late and they were closing soon. Andy helpped figure out all the technology in the car,synced the phone and set the height of my trunk My car is a 2017 Rav4 limited. My only compliment is that it wasn't gassed up to a full tank, would of been nice to get a voucher or something. More
