Purchasing a used car from a dealership can be challenging for both seller and buyer. Purchasing one from 800 miles away, even more so. While I do not expect perfection in a transaction I do challenging for both seller and buyer. Purchasing one from 800 miles away, even more so. While I do not expect perfection in a transaction I do expect competence, honesty and follow through and will do my best to reciprocate. My experience with the dealership, and in particular with Nick Salley the Sales Rep and Micky Joy the General Manager, was excellent. Nearly every aspect of the purchase went well and when something was amiss, they took care of it right way. I flew down to Florida, was picked up at the airport, found the car to be exactly as expected and was driving home a hour later. I highly recommend these two gentlemen and the dealership. More

I recently purchased a vehicle from Audi Naples, and while my experience with Nick, my salesman, was outstanding, my interactions with the finance department—specifically Brandon—were beyond frustrating while my experience with Nick, my salesman, was outstanding, my interactions with the finance department—specifically Brandon—were beyond frustrating and left a lot to be desired. First, let me start with Nick: he was absolutely incredible. Knowledgeable, patient, and professional, he made me feel confident about my purchase and provided exceptional customer service. If the process had ended with him, I would have rated this dealership five stars without hesitation. Unfortunately, my experience with Brandon in the finance department was a disaster. After negotiating for just five minutes and committing to purchasing the vehicle, I asked if I could complete the rest of the process the next day since it was late in the evening and I had work the following morning. However, they insisted that I complete some paperwork that night. Fine. What should have been a quick task turned into 2.5 hours of waiting for paperwork that could have been handled in minutes. Brandon misprinted the contract three times—each time showing a lower interest rate—only to ultimately present me with the highest possible rate as the “correct” version. This felt deceptive and left me deeply frustrated. When I returned the next day to finalize everything, I asked for clarification about the appearance package, specifically the interior coverage. I was concerned about the limitations—rips in the sides of the seats (which are not leather) weren’t clearly listed as covered. As a result, I decided against the package. Brandon claimed he couldn’t remove the appearance package charge because PermaPlate had already been applied, even though I had never officially signed anything agreeing to it. Only after “speaking with his manager” was he able to remove the charge. During the final paperwork signing, Brandon rushed me through it, telling me to “just initial here” and claiming it was paperwork I had already seen. I value knowing exactly what I’m signing, and his dismissive attitude toward this important step was incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. Rather than addressing my concerns professionally, Brandon became visibly frustrated and even made a condescending remark: “What will you do when there are rips in your leather? It’s going to be expensive.” At this point, I almost walked away from the deal entirely. I couldn’t help but wonder if Brandon’s dismissive and belittling attitude was because I’m a younger female. It felt incredibly disrespectful. To make matters worse, Brandon had committed to showing me how to use the Audi Connect tech features since the tech specialist had already left for the day. Instead, he abruptly ended our interaction by standing up and dismissively telling me to “enjoy my vehicle” before walking off. This was the final straw. Nick, on the other hand, was understanding and empathetic throughout the entire ordeal. He went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable, even though the actions of the finance department overshadowed his excellent service. While I love my car and will always recommend working with Nick, I cannot recommend dealing with Brandon in the finance department at Audi Naples. This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had buying a car, and the lack of transparency and care in the finance process made what should have been an exciting purchase incredibly frustrating. If it weren’t for Nick’s professionalism and kindness, I would have walked away. Recommendation: Work with Nick if you decide to purchase here—he’s a true professional. But be prepared for a frustrating and unprofessional experience with the finance department, especially if you’re a buyer who values respect and transparency. More
