My sales person Kathryn, has no idea what is going on with my truck, she simply passed my info to service manager/advisor Jeff saying he will be in contact with me. Nick has been the ONE saving grace and only person who has answers calls and follows-up. He’s not able to provide what I need since it’s not his department. Overall lack of care and effort. Ridiculous. More
