Honda of Columbia service is top notch. They keep me aware of everything they’re doing and let me know when things are coming up and what I need to worry about now and what can wait. My advisor Nicholas Kelly made all the difference in the service of my car. He was genuinely friendly and took his time to explain and answer my questions. Nick my service advisor was absolutely fantastic dealing with my 2019 Accord's lock issues. Went above and beyond and def earned my trust. A real asset to have a team member like that.
