David Mitch was great to deal. We had several exchange of texts and a few phone calls before I even came to Klaben. David helped to find a vehicle in my price range. David had everything ready for my appoint texts and a few phone calls before I even came to Klaben. David helped to find a vehicle in my price range. David had everything ready for my appointment to look at the vehicle I was interested in. David was nice, upfront and easy to deal with. Nick Kulich was the second sales person I dealt with, due to the vehicle being at the Dodge. Nick was friendly and made sure to answer any questions I had about the vehicle before I test drove it. Nick made sure everything went smooth with the purchase of my 2018 Dodge Journey. Kim Devil was the financial person that I dealt with. Kim was very polite and nice. Kim answered all my questions as I filled out all the paperwork and the process very efficient. I had an appointment to test drive the 2018 Dodge Journey and with the help of David, Nick, and Kim I brought the vehicle home that same evening. Thanks to all 3 of you for making the process very easy. This is the 5th vehicle we have gotten purchased at Klaben. We have always had great service with everyone at Klaben. More
