I had an issue with another dealership. Dylan, the service manager took great care of me. I actually decided to trade my vehicle in. Cameron and all of the other staff were fantastic. I am a very cautious purchaser, spending time on research and comparisons. I certainly take my time and am confident with each decision I make. This week I have been in contact with 6 dealerships in this ar and comparisons. I certainly take my time and am confident with each decision I make. This week I have been in contact with 6 dealerships in this area and Nicholas at Werner has been so much more exceptional than any of the others. Very responsive, thorough, informative, patient, understanding and professional. I am so pleased that every interaction has been on my terms, pressure free. He hasn’t been aggressive when I don’t want to be bothered yet he has been quick to respond whenever I reached out with a question. I haven’t even driven to the dealership yet and he has been extremely helpful in my search. I am waiting on a title for my current vehicle and really hope the SUV I want to buy at Werner doesn’t sell in the meantime because I would prefer to purchase from Werner over any other dealership in the area. I’ll update my review after the purchase but the service so far had to be acknowledged. More
