Being put on hold wait time more than 10 minutes. This store regularly schedules appointments for repair service that they don’t have the parts for and routinely requires a reschedule This is an in This store regularly schedules appointments for repair service that they don’t have the parts for and routinely requires a reschedule This is an inconvenience to the customer who has scheduled time off work to bring the car in. It’s a lot of runaround and excuses. If it wasn’t for the recalls I would never go to this dealership. They are inept, incompetent and very disorganized! More

This was my first visit with Todd and he listened closely to my requests and provided me with great service. The only negative thing I could say was that my windshield washer fluid wasn’t topped off! to my requests and provided me with great service.
