We bought a 50k truck on this place brand new, and added a bumper to bumper coverage with extended warranty, hopping to never use it because the truck was new, but even before the manufacturer’s warranty wa a bumper to bumper coverage with extended warranty, hopping to never use it because the truck was new, but even before the manufacturer’s warranty was over, i had a issue with a headlight that cost over $1100.00 and I could not get it repaired. So when I friendly asked for a copy of my contract, this “MANAGER” made sure to make me feel very uncomfortable by making jokes about the the situation with the sales people. I can buy another headlight or even another truck, but before I do, I want to know that it is fair, because the truck is new. This person needs to learn how to treat customers. I felt like I was bagging just for asking a question. I now rather buy from Craiglist, but never buy from them again. More
