I appreciated the buying process and the attention i was given by the used car manager and the General manager. I truly felt that they knew i was serious about making a deal work and they worked to make it given by the used car manager and the General manager. If i had to recommend anything, i would recommend to Lee (my salesman) that he takes more care with his customers. He left me wondering where he had gone on several occasions. I had questions for him that he was not available to me to answer at times. The kicker for me that left me a bit miffed was that i had to remove my own plate and install on my new car. When i was ready to go, i had to go back in and ask for my new keys. There was zero excitement from Lee for me coming in and purchasing a $70k corvette. It was just kind of anti-climactic. Having said that, I absolutely love my 2021 Corvette!!! More

I walked in without an appointment on a Saturday afternoon and was introduced to Z. I CANNOT say enough great things about her! She worked with me to make the deal happen and stayed after closing to help me finish up the process! Nick in finance was also equally as wonderful, he was so helpful and went above and beyond to get me qualified with the bank since I didn’t have any documentation with my Michigan address yet. I would 100% recommend Z and Audi Farmington Hills to everyone I know and will absolutely be back to purchase another vehicle in the future! More
