While waiting, my hus progress, and working together is success.” - Henry Ford My husband and I came in for the first maintenance of our new RAV4. While waiting, my husband engaged Jasmine in a conversation to see if we could get me into a truck. I loved the RAV4 we bought almost eight months ago from Jason Anthony. After I loaded two bales of hay and six bags of feed into the RAV, my husband decided that I live a truck lifestyle. Jasmine kindly expedited the process with her management team to get me into a new Tacoma. Jasmine handled the process with outstanding professionalism. Jason Anthony was also a remarkable staff member to work with, and it's unfortunate we didn't get to see him. Nicholas Olivera was just as fantastic with his customer service. Nick Larson remembered us from the first sale with Jason, and it was a joy to go through the finance process with him again. The streamlined process to close the deal was a surprising and pleasant venture. From sales and finance to service, Royal Moore Toyota has been a sensational experience. It's evident leadership is guiding the Royal Moore team with principles and decorum that other networks would do well to emulate. Learning from Ford Dealership leaders like Jerry Korum and Fred Knack, the Royal Moore Toyota team, reminds me of those community models' impact.
