I walked into the service area and there were four employees behind the desk. One gentleman was talking to another employee. Emily was helping a customer. I waited and waited!! Emily finished with her customer and immediately asked if I needed help. She has a fantastic demeanor every time I go to service the car. I was grateful she was my advisor. Disappointed with the other employees, which is why the dealership got three stars. I recommend the dealership for employees like Emily!!! More
