Drove over 4 hours to get to the dealership, starting the process the day before to help speed up the process. I was at the dealership for over 5 hours, a lot of which was waiting for finance though they alr process the day before to help speed up the process. I was at the dealership for over 5 hours, a lot of which was waiting for finance though they already had started the process the day before. They had said that the car was detailed and would be detailed again before I left but the backseats and cup holders were full of sand, and mess. I had to ask for the car to be detailed a “third” time taking over an hour to do just that area. Overall, the people were kind but extremely disappointed in how slow the process was. More
