This was the worst experience I've ever had with a business. They'll damage your car, disrespect you and refuse to even try to make things right. They should be shut down. They sold me a car that had business. They'll damage your car, disrespect you and refuse to even try to make things right. They should be shut down. They sold me a car that had a faulty evaporator, said it would be a quick and easy fix. They had my car for 6 weeks and damaged my dashboard in the process of "fixing" it. When they told me it was ready to pick up, the car wasn't even put together properly. The cover on the airbag was broken and hanging off. They attempted to zip tie it back together right in front of me. The steering column wasn't properly tightened down and the shaft was grinding. If we didn't notice it, it could've led to a dangerous situation and a lawsuit. This dealership doesn't care about safety, customers, integrity or anything but screwing people over for money. Avoid them at all cost. Every single person we dealt with there was absolutely horrible. Except the cashiers. More

She kept me updated throughout the day so I never felt out of the loop, and she went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled properly. It’s rare to find someone who combines knowledge, efficiency, and genuine care for customers the way Neyma does.
