I dropped my vehicle off last year, 12-30-24 with concerns about excessive oil use.and smelling oil burning. Sixteen (16) days later no one had even looked at the vehicle and when I got someone on th concerns about excessive oil use.and smelling oil burning. Sixteen (16) days later no one had even looked at the vehicle and when I got someone on the phone they didn't even know where it was. When I would call I got the phone call pass-around and elevator music until the system disconnected. I never got to speak to the person who took the vehicle in, or a service manager, or anyone of substance to tell me what the status was. I went and picked my vehicle up and will never go back to them again for anything. It's a shame because I bought the vehicle there. I have bought a few new vehicles in my lifetime and this was the first used vehicle. No dealership was as bad as this. Never again. More
