My wife and I bought a new CX5 from these guys in 2015 and had a very positive experience and this time around was no different. Very friendly and efficient even though we kept them there after closing time. There was great communication through email, which is perfectly fine with me. I basically told them what I was looking for: Year, Make, Model and Mileage and that same day they emailed me back saying they had a car that fit my specs. Went there the same day and wound up buying it. It took them only one day to detail it and Mazda Certify it. They even threw on 4 brand new tires! Dan D More

Made a deal by email. Confirmed price. When I got to the dealership to sign the papers they raised the price by $500.00. Wasted my time. I've bought my four previous vehicles via the internet. This is first time a Dealership has reneged. Stay away from these guys! ........Neil Rosenstein continues to lie. A price was agreed upon via email. Clark and Neil knew full well I qualified for none of Mazda's incentives and tried to up the price when I walked in the door. Like I said Shyster's. Sad pitiful Shyster's. Stay away from these guys! He answered my inquiries promptly and kept in touch with me to make sure I was still interested in the truck but not in a pushy or badgering way. On the day of purchase Neil met us when we arrived and then handed us off to Franklin. Franklin was very professional but also laid back and friendly and walked us through the sale. This is the fourth vehicle I have purchased/leased from a dealer and this was by far the quickest and easiest purchase yet. Both Franklin and the guy from the credit department offered us several options to purchase for the vehicle only one of which we purchased (the xzilon treatment). When we said no to the other offered services, that was the end of it, they didn't push us to buy and bump up the sale price. Overall it was a great experience with a courteous, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Also the truck I purchased was immaculate inside and out and so far am very pleased with it. More
