Poor customer service skills. We purchased a Kia certified preowned Sorento in August 2019. It broke down in October. Luther had the vehicle for two months and we had to call for We purchased a Kia certified preowned Sorento in August 2019. It broke down in October. Luther had the vehicle for two months and we had to call for updates. When the electrical problem was fixed, they returned it to us with a missing bracket in the dash and a splash panel that wasn’t attached so back we went. On vacation in Texas in February the electrical problem occurred again and we had the car towed to a local Kia dealer. I called Luther Kia asking for help with that dealership. I was dismissed and treated rudely while I was stranded. No empathy or compassion. This dealership lacks the customer service skills to deal with an escalated situation. More
