When the car finally got in from Port, we went to close the deal. It's a magnificent car with a lot of bells and whistles which Neal and Zach graciously showed me how to use and also installed my phone to the car. Best part about it if there is an area of concern (I.e. uneven brakes or tire treads) they do not hassle you to complete service immediately or sell you. They make recommendations and allow you to consider options without the hard sell. New car salesman did the same, stopped by, said hello, asked how things were going and to call him if considering a new car then walked away. More

When I finally did make it in-person to the dealership, Neal had all the paperwork ready and I was in-and-out in 15 minutes.
