I knew exactly what I wanted—a 2026 CX-5 Prem couldn't be happier with my experience. Neal Simon was wonderful to work with from beginning to end. I knew exactly what I wanted—a 2026 CX-5 Premium Plus in Navy Blue Mica with the Sport Tan interior—and fortunately, the exact vehicle I was looking for was on the lot. Neal made the rest of the process easy and enjoyable. He was knowledgeable, patient, and never pressured me or tried to steer me toward something I didn't want. One thing I especially appreciated was how extremely responsive Neal was to my text messages and phone calls. Whenever I had a question, he got back to me quickly and was always helpful. He also worked hard to get me a fair trade-in value for my 2013 Mazda CX-9 and made every effort to apply as many discounts as possible to my new CX-5. I really felt that he was working to get me the best deal he could. Neal also went above and beyond after the purchase. He spent considerable time with me in the car, patiently walking me through the many features and technology in the CX-5 and making sure I was comfortable with everything before I left the dealership. He was equally patient and helpful as we worked through the details with my car insurance company, which made an otherwise stressful part of the process much easier. The entire experience was comfortable, straightforward, and respectful. I felt that Neal listened to what I wanted, was honest with me, and genuinely wanted to make sure I was happy with my purchase. I absolutely love my new CX-5, and I would definitely recommend Neal to anyone looking for a Mazda. He made what can sometimes be a stressful experience into a very positive one.
