Was signed up for an autopay program and did not disclose the terms of the program to me before signing me up. Was told I would save .25% if I signed up for auto pay. It is through third party company that c the terms of the program to me before signing me up. Was told I would save .25% if I signed up for auto pay. It is through third party company that charges $400 enrollment fee. The company then takes extra money out of your bank account every month that is MORE than your payment. They claim it is applied towards principal to save on interest. Does not actually lower interest rate. Biggest scam I’ve seen in the car business. Luckily was able to cancel before payments began coming up. BEWARE More

Ya know how you always hope your car sales professional won't be pushy or annoying? Well, the universe shown on us, giving us Nathan. Knowledgeable, friendly, not "pushy or annoying." Made the whole experience fun, like when you build and price a vehicle on a dealer's website (window shopping), but don't have to pay. But we paid for our new Santa Cruz and still had a good time. What else could I ask for? Thx, Nathan & Brandon Hyundai. We really like Brandon Hyundai. Bought our previous Hyundai here, even though we live in Sarasota. Have found this dealership much easier to work with. The "finance guy" (forgot his name, sorry) was easy to work with; told us of add-on protection plans, but didn't push anything. The most pleasant time we've had spending $$$. The service waiting area is large, with a variety of seating options. AND a great layout of free snacks; Nice. Bright, clean, friendly dealership. Drive extra miles; it's worth it. More
