I ended up telling Carmack he said it would be taken care of later. 4 days passed with no contact with Salesman Guido, not one call to see if I liked the car or to ask for referrals. I again told him my worries and his answer was Give us 10’s on the survey or we lose our bonuses. I received the survey in my email I did not answer it as if I did it would all be 0’s. Then a Tyler called me about the survey and they needed all 10’s. Then a Blake called me and told me the survey actually affected him not Guido. First off, I don’t like the bait and switch with Salesman, THE financing was strong armed to me to sign IT was 9:35 when I walked out of finance that day. All of a sudden, they were interested in what was wrong with my car because they wanted that survey all 10’s not me, not how I liked the car nothing about that. I had been sicked the 3 weeks after purchase with covid and covid related injuries. I told them I was having what seems to be transmission issues that when taking off it seemed to clunk, shifting was erratic and I was afraid to drive the car as I have a service dog and I can see us breaking down on the side of the road with no help and no ac.  I called Hyundai care when the car lit up like a Christmas tree and check engine light on. I drove slow and within like 10 miles everything seemed to go back to normal except the transmission and the auto braking and lane sensing was acting weirs as it would break me in the middle of a turn with no cars in sight and it doesn’t speed up to the speed set very slowly after it came back online. I told this all to Brandon at the dealership which I was told was the service manager he texted me on 3 different lines so I was not sure as to what line to contact him.  HE called me 2 weeks again said noting was found wrong 3ith the car but would keep it and he would drive it home a night and see. He drove it home and a week to this date the care sat with no one doing anything about it. I called and texted to Blake, Brandon and Tyler to talk to the GM about what was happening to no avail, no call backs or texts( I have all communication saved) They came and got my car to fix it and brought a car to me with less that ¼ tank of gas and the windshield wiper level lo. And expected me to fill things that had nothing to do with me. They came got the car on the 17th. I asked for paper work that said I was authorized to use the car. To date nothing has been set. Also talked to Blake about getting finance Manager to get ahold of me so I can cancel all add On’s as I wanted a clean deal. To date no one has reached out to me, also was supposed to give me the paperwork to terminate the wheel and tire on my trade in. that has not happened. I am owed about 11K from all this and they could care less I finally called HMC and talked to a case manager and not 30 min after talking to him did Brendon call me and said they couldn’t find anything wrong, wanted to know if I wanted him to drive the car home AGAIN to see what’s wrong. I sent them the codes that were showing on my app that happened prior to me having issues. I still have not heard from a sales manager, the GM or Tyler or Blake. I need the finance paperwork done as well as my refund for the wheel and tire I had paid for and should get a refund from. Also, there where things on the Maroni sticker that said where on the car, which were not and they based the car financing on some of these items. I think this is fraud for charging me for something I never got. This is the worse dealership I have ever worked with. Customer service would be a 0, Service a 0 and finance a 0   I am in the process of filing a BBB complaint as well as one with the Florida Attorney Generals office. I have contacted Florida Highway Patrol Dealership licensing division to file complaints and charges as well More
