By the luck of the draw, Hannah was assigned to help me when I put in an availability request to view a car at White River Toyota. I went in that day looking to see what options were available for a new or used Prius. I had looked online and decided I wanted to see them in person. We were assigned to Alyssa and right away she wa available for a new or used Prius. I had looked online and decided I wanted to see them in person. We were assigned to Alyssa and right away she was eager to help, answer any questions, and was very honest and down to Earth. She was easily able to answer my questions and I really appreciated how straight forward she was and how she talked about her own experience with a recent new purchase. She quickly found what cars had the features I was looking for and had us test driving right away. She also did a great job getting the technology set up and connected to my phone and followed up with me several times to make sure I was happy with the vehicle. They also went above and beyond and fixed my windshield wipers for me a couple days later and washed my vehicle in the process. Great experience. I would definitely purchase from them again and would request Alyssa. More
