I brought my kid’s 2019 Jeep Compass in for three scheduled services: • Diagnose an auto start service light that appeared after replacing the batteries • Complete the 4x4 service • Interior detai scheduled services: • Diagnose an auto start service light that appeared after replacing the batteries • Complete the 4x4 service • Interior detailing I had an 8:30 AM appointment two days ago and dropped the vehicle off the night before. I received no updates all day the day of the appointment and had to call at 4:30 PM, only to be told their tech had just started looking at it and it would take another day. None of this was communicated proactively. What is the point of making an appointment? I was told the auto start light would “reprogram itself after a few drive cycles” and to come back in two weeks if it didn’t clear. I was also told the 4x4 service and detail were completed. Based on the condition of the vehicle at pickup (and photos taken immediately after), the “detail” was nothing more than an exterior car wash. The interior was clearly untouched. Either the work wasn’t done, or I was misled—both are unacceptable. I paid $483 for services that were not fully completed and extremely poor communication throughout the process. For a final update, I ended up taking the Jeep to Morries in Chippewa Falls and they actually fixed the issue that was “supposed to reprogram itself.” I will never use this company or go to this dealership to buy again and recommend others don’t as well. They don’t actually care about quality work. More
