When you change the oil, PLEASE update the window sticker. Failure to do so ended up causing back and forth between me Nama, and the service department. We spent an immense amount of time discussin sticker. Failure to do so ended up causing back and forth between me Nama, and the service department. We spent an immense amount of time discussing whether the oil was changed or not. Very frustrating. Unfortunately this cost me $75 to have the oil changed. Secondly, once everything was agreed on, it still took way to long to complete the paperwork. I had to wait for someone other than Nana to be free to finish up. Chris is always good, which is why I request him as my service advisor. I have been a Nissan customer since 1994 (King Cab, Rogue, and currently a Frontier), and the only reason I keep coming back to Niss service advisor. I have been a Nissan customer since 1994 (King Cab, Rogue, and currently a Frontier), and the only reason I keep coming back to Nissan is because of the service advisors. I tend to choose one that I feel comfortable with and stick with that person. In those 30 years, I have dealt constantly with three service advisors, Ray, Danny, and now Chris. If I get disappointed with your Service Dept., I am getting my vehicle from another company. One more thing...Kenneth is great if I need a ride, but I didn't this time because I stuck around. More
