Desirea was very helpful and transparent while I was deciding on a car. She was pleasant to work with and offered a very fair deal on the model I ended up choosing. She helped me set up the car's tech and gave a walkthrough of the various features. Thank you for such an easy and pleasant experience! Naeim was the finance manager we worked with and needs to work on his approach with customers. He spent the entire signing process in a very small office coughing profusely towards us. Understandable that it can happen, but put on a mask please. He also tried too hard to get us to agree to extended warranty options (we said no at least 5 times before he'd accept that answer), then became visibly annoyed after we declined. It's an unprofessional approach for a supposedly high-end dealership and frankly convinced us NOT to get the extended warranty, if anything. More

Abiola and his team did a stellar job assisting me with purchasing my 2022 X5 50m. From the moment I walked in I was greeted with a smile by the front desk. I also loved how clean and spacious the show roo purchasing my 2022 X5 50m. From the moment I walked in I was greeted with a smile by the front desk. I also loved how clean and spacious the show room is. While I was competing with another person (he arrived 10 mins before I did) for the same car, Abiola knew that we should be patient bc, "What's for you is for you!" boy was he right! Once he had the keys in hand I knew there was no turning back. From there we sat with Naeim and crunched numbers. He was very helpful in assisting with the correct extended warranty packages as well as provided some helpful tips with financing and loan payment. I walked out with a new car in 3 hours (remember we had to wait for the other customer). I thought that was impressive. But the cherry on top (so to speak) was Amit. As the BMW Genius he is super knowledgeable on all things BMW. He showed me all the bells and whistles my new car possesses. He was extremely thorough and set up everything for me while also walking me through the process if I ever needed to change anything or add another driver profile. But the finale was him assisting me with my sound. Def will be getting the most out of my Harman Speakers. If you are in need of a new/used BMW, I suggest BMW Silver Spring. I've gone to other BMW locations, but this location is the best. From the beginning to the end and even Service, you will not be disappointed. More

I was very satisfied with sales representative Dawit’s dealings with me. He was very responsive to all my inquiries and very active in helping me to solve issues. Really a great guy to work with. My only mini complaint about the dealership is that the charging equipment that was provided to me with the car did not function well. It took nearly two weeks to replace the charger and then in addition to this, it turned out that the adapter cable was also not suitable for this car so we had to replace that too. I am happy that the dealer took care of this eventually but still, these things should have been checked thoroughly before handing the car to the customer. But other than that, my experience with Silver Spring dealer was well. I should add that they fixed a small dent on the driver’s door for free that missed my eye when I leased the car so I am grateful for that as well. More
