I was very satisfied with sales representative Dawit’s dealings with me. He was very responsive to all my inquiries and very active in helping me to solve issues. Really a great guy to work with. My only dealings with me. He was very responsive to all my inquiries and very active in helping me to solve issues. Really a great guy to work with. My only mini complaint about the dealership is that the charging equipment that was provided to me with the car did not function well. It took nearly two weeks to replace the charger and then in addition to this, it turned out that the adapter cable was also not suitable for this car so we had to replace that too. I am happy that the dealer took care of this eventually but still, these things should have been checked thoroughly before handing the car to the customer. But other than that, my experience with Silver Spring dealer was well. I should add that they fixed a small dent on the driver’s door for free that missed my eye when I leased the car so I am grateful for that as well. More
