The purchase of this car was not easy, as it wasn't planned and the color I wanted for the replacement was not available. The car was delayed for quite a while. Desirea was always patient and provided professional guidance through the purchase process, but more importantly, she was steady and professional as the car was delayed by the factory and we were irritated and disappointed. We enjoyed working with her, as she always brought a smile and quick and accurate response to our inquiries. Finally, right after getting the car, we couldn't get it to charge and returned to the service area with pictures to try to diagnose the problem. The service department said the lights indicated an error of some sort, and we would have to bring the car in for diagnostics. Desirea took a look and said she thought the amperage on the car was probably too high for the outlet we were using at our house and she lowered the setting on the car. Voila! She was better than the service technicians! She was right!!! More

A week ago, I was involved in an accident involving my 2021 BMW M340i, which fortunately resulted in my survival. Consequently, I felt compelled to rent a vehicle for several days, which heightened my concerns about safety. In response to this situation, I embarked on a new journey a few days after the accident to acquire a new vehicle. Edwin’s attentiveness and dedication were evident throughout the process. He diligently listened to my requirements and diligently worked to facilitate the purchase. Today, I am as content with my 2021 BMW M2 as I was with my previous one. I had the pleasure of working with Kyle Greene and appreciate the support and information he provided throughout the process. The first day I walked into the dealership, Kyle graciously accommodated appreciate the support and information he provided throughout the process. The first day I walked into the dealership, Kyle graciously accommodated my odd request to test how comfortably my large Surdo 1 drum would fit in the trunk of the 530 model. I had also considered the X4 SUV and Kyle explained the features of both vehicles in simple, plain language and gave me all the information I needed to make the right decision for my use and lifestyle. My vehicle was ordered from Germany and Kyle kept me informed about the status from the shipping port to the delivery at BMW of Silver Spring dealership. When we went on test drives, Kyle pointed out key features and the impact on the driving experience and vehicle response. I also like the route that he chose, because it enable me get a good feel of the vehicles. Naeim explained the scope and the benefits of each of the maintenance packages, which helped me make a decision. I also appreciate that the options were customizable. I was also thrilled to see the beautiful red bow on my car in the private delivery area on pick up day. It was a lovely way to end the process. Thank you Kyle for a memorable car buying experience. Naeim was the finance manager we worked with and needs to work on his approach with customers. He spent the entire signing process in a very small office coughing profusely towards us. Understandable that it can happen, but put on a mask please. He also tried too hard to get us to agree to extended warranty options (we said no at least 5 times before he'd accept that answer), then became visibly annoyed after we declined. It's an unprofessional approach for a supposedly high-end dealership and frankly convinced us NOT to get the extended warranty, if anything. More
