Everyone was kind and courteous up to the point where we got to the finance step. The salesman (typically) tried to give us a higher APR than what I knew the market would offer. I politely declined and low got to the finance step. The salesman (typically) tried to give us a higher APR than what I knew the market would offer. I politely declined and low and behold a better rate was offered almost immediately! The next step I politely declined the additional warranty. He persisted as did I with my "no" answer. That's when the craziness started. We had to sign a form stating that we turned down the extra warranty, at that time he actually stated "sign this so that you understand by turning this down we are not responsible when the car blows up!" My wife was shocked as was I, we nearly walked out. Luckily the Manager took over and completed the paperwork. This is why my rating is much lower than what it should be. More

Myles (and Kai) answered all my questions, and I was there three separate times. Kai was great pointing out the various features on my first visit, and Myles did the same on my third visit. Adrian was very personable and wanted to make sure everything was going well, which it had been. Intially I was looking at new SUVs but instead found the (nearly) perfect used vehicle by accident when I spotted it way down at the end of a row. They were fair with my trade in and I believe they worked hard to get me a price that I could live with. My only complaint was what I frustratingly refer to as a ploy tactic to keep me sitting for nearly FOUR hours during the buying process. The following day I asked Myles about the final adjusted costs. I realize I had signed all the paperwork necessary already—my fault. I wasn’t able to do my due diligence before signing.my life away, which I regret. Again, completely my fault; I should have left to study paperwork closely. Regardless, this car-buying experience was one of the best I’ve had over the decades, with the exception of the time it took to get the paperwork completed. (My time is worth something, too.) Finally, Myles and Kai were impressively methodical when it came to transferring all of my belongings carefully, which was much appreciated. Thank you, Zeigler Hyundai. Fair warning— you haven’t seen the last of me! More

Purchased our new Santa Fe 3 months ago from Hyundai of Racine and this was the first time returning to the service side of things. We had the smallest issue possible with our vehicle: a dead key fob batt Racine and this was the first time returning to the service side of things. We had the smallest issue possible with our vehicle: a dead key fob battery. Our guy in service IAN was able to squeeze us in and got it taken care of. Warranty/No Charge and a spotless car wash to boot? You gotta be kidding me!! Fresh made coffee and snacks while you wait??? Friendly staff with smiles and greetings all around?? Yes Please!!
