Interaction with sales man was like any other dealership. Normal friendly and also pushy for you to get the vehicle you are interested in and they have. The price and finance part on the other hand was a com Normal friendly and also pushy for you to get the vehicle you are interested in and they have. The price and finance part on the other hand was a complete nightmare. We saw the car on car guru for a certain price. We never went to the dealers website because there was a direct link from guru to contact them. Once w arrived, saw the car, test drove it, salesman says the price we saw is only good if we purchase a bundle (useless in my opinion) and for almost 2 grand … or they put up the price 4 grand or more which was the MSRP I guess. That whole blindside asterisk we never saw as it’s only present on their website so just coming in we already felt lied to about actual vehicle price. Moving on from that we spent maybe 3 hours with finance guy who is new and does not really look know what he’s doing. Had to rewrite the contract multiple times and even get a manager to assist (only pleasant genuine and helpful interaction in this whole process) because when we signed with seller we were set on a exact total and when we went to sign with finance the total had changed and gone up … again… just constantly trying to charge you more and more if you’re not paying attention. I would also never recommend financing with them. I have an excellent credit score and the best they said their bank could offer was 8.5%… I got 6.3% from my own bank. We clearly stated to them as well I was transferring my plate over yet a new plate was placed on the car and I was charged a new registration fee. Keep in mind this was NEVER mentioned while the whole sign part was completed. We had to call later to ask why I got a new plate and charged new registration if we asked for transfer… When asked about it they said it was with the DMV it would not allow them. I went to the DMV to ask and they said there was no record of anything wrong with time or my car or license to prevent them from doing the transfer and not the new plate. Again, this person is like they don’t know what they are doing. Very unprofessional when we asked about the price change between what we signed with salesman and what he had on his documents, all he said with attitude was “that’s the price of the bundle that’s your total” “that’s your total” didn’t care about what he saw on the physical paper and that there was clearly a higher price than what was agreed on… until the salesman saw it was taking too long came in to ask how he could help and what was happening and assisted in getting a manager to right the wrong and direct this finance guy on how to keep their signed word from price out on the floor. We also got calls almost a whole month after that we had to resign the contract because there was some miscommunication with my lender aka my bank. Only to call and hear him say “no you don’t need to sign it has been taken care of” I can’t wait to see the outcome of how this was dealt with and how it will affect us. I really wanted this vehicle I am happy with the car but the whole experience with finance makes me want to NEVER recommend this place to anyone. This car was not available anywhere within 100 miles where we are from so that’s why we ended up going through with it even with this nightmare of an experience, but I would say RUN if you see they have the vehicle you want available anywhere else or at the bare minimum ask for a manager to deal with your finance part or be very very wary of all documents while signing.
