I have been working with Subaru and have owned them myself, I come from a small town in Vermont and love when everyone brings in their animals to visit. I have dogs and cats myself and truly enjoy the environment and personality everyone brings with them to Subaru when they come in.

Service to auto was great however I waited in waiting room for over an hour AFTER the finish time on my car. The only thing separating me from clerk was glass wall with glass door. They knew I was waiting there for the car to be finished. She called and left message on my cell phone. I had turned off sound and put in purse so as not to disturb others in waiting room. Not everyone has their phone attached to heir hip. They could have just looked into the room and seen me! More
