Cheated and lied to! I came in to buy a new car. I set up an appointment The week before. Once I arrive, I had to wait about two hours to be helped. I clearly told all t I came in to buy a new car. Making the appointment to bring in the new truc Since buying a new 2018 Toyota Tacoma TRD OFF-ROAD pick-up truck, three items needed to be installed. Making the appointment to bring in the new truck was efficient. My wife brought the truck to the dealership service center where many staff members helped her in steering where to go to the proper location. A pre-arranged rental car was already on hand and it was easy for her to drive back home while leaving the truck to be worked on. Even though the service took almost one day, we are satisfied with the work done. The dealership really has excellent staff members and have good service performances. More
