My wife brought the truck to the dealership service center where many staff members helped her in steering where to go to the proper location. A pre-arranged rental car was already on hand and it was easy for her to drive back home while leaving the truck to be worked on. BOUGHT 2018 HIGHLANDER LIMITED PLATINUM ON JANUARY 26, 2018 This is the third Highlander we have purchased from Maita Toyota. We put 135,000 miles on the 2008 and gave that to our daughter (who now has 245,000 miles on it). We just gave the 2013 to our son (at current mileage of 148,000). A big reason we have bought three vehicles from the same dealer is so my wife Sharon can keep her "favorite service guy" Marlon Nonog. Marlon always goes the extra mile to make sure we get great service, and he personally recommended Mel Haddadi to handle the sale of our 2018 Highlander. Mel went out of his way to find the EXACT vehicle and options that we were looking for. I am very comfortable with the price that we negotiated with Mel. Once we had "made the deal", it was on to Finance, and Tonia Lovato (who for some reason is not listed on your roster) was very gracious and efficient in handling that part of the purchase process. All in all, Sharon and I were very satisfied with our entire purchase experience with Maita Toyota! More
