BOUGHT 2018 HIGHLANDER LIMITED PLATINUM ON JANUARY 26, 2018 This is the third Highlander we have purchased from Maita Toyota. We put 135,000 miles on the 2008 and gave that to our daughter (who now has 245,000 This is the third Highlander we have purchased from Maita Toyota. We put 135,000 miles on the 2008 and gave that to our daughter (who now has 245,000 miles on it). We just gave the 2013 to our son (at current mileage of 148,000). A big reason we have bought three vehicles from the same dealer is so my wife Sharon can keep her "favorite service guy" Marlon Nonog. Marlon always goes the extra mile to make sure we get great service, and he personally recommended Mel Haddadi to handle the sale of our 2018 Highlander. Mel went out of his way to find the EXACT vehicle and options that we were looking for. I am very comfortable with the price that we negotiated with Mel. Once we had "made the deal", it was on to Finance, and Tonia Lovato (who for some reason is not listed on your roster) was very gracious and efficient in handling that part of the purchase process. All in all, Sharon and I were very satisfied with our entire purchase experience with Maita Toyota! More

The best internet salespeople in Sacramento! Maita should be very proud of the internet salespeople who represent them. My wife and I, like many people, were anxious to put our heads in the lion's mouth, so to speak, walking on to a dealership lot. However, beginning with Manny Lake and then followed by Mel Haddadi & Colette Shouger, these folks put us at ease; showed us the cars we wanted; and, helped us through the buying process. Ultimately, we bought a new car that was just right for us with negotiated terms that were fair to all concerned. More

Best experience Two weeks ago we were at Maita Toyota shopping for a minivan. We were introduced to an internet sales manager Mr. Mel Haddadi. Mr. Haddadi was excepti Two weeks ago we were at Maita Toyota shopping for a minivan. We were introduced to an internet sales manager Mr. Mel Haddadi. Mr. Haddadi was exceptionally polite, friendly, professional, organized, knowledgeable about the vehicle, and very transparent with the price. Every question that we had, he answered very patiently. Unlike other dealership sales managers, Mr. Haddadi, was honest and he was not pushy to make a deal right away. We didn't have enough time since the kids were with us; thus, we couldn't decide on the purchase because there are so many different trim levels and colors to pick. Afterward, we did our homework and decided on the trim level as well as the color that we liked. We made an appointment with Mr. Haddadi since we knew what to buy. Therefore, the process was very transparent and swift. There wasn't that much negotiation to do since we had done our research, knew the price of the vehicle, and we were happy with Mr. Haddadi's finale price. While waiting for the vehicle to be ready, Mr. Haddadi introduced us to a finance manager Mr. Sami Bolad. Similarly, Mr. Bolad was very polite, sincere, professional, organized, neat, and well informed about the financial processes. Mr. Bolad explained in detail the process of financing, obtaining loan either through the dealership or from another institution, protection plan, which wwas optional, the term and conditions of the protection plan for the vehicle. Mr. Bolad's suggestions were very rational and equitable about the loan process and as well as the protection plan.. The loan process was very smooth and transparent. Overall, both Mr. Haddadi and Mr. Bolad made the whole transaction a very pleasant experience for us. Definitely, we highly recommend Maita Toyota to everyone to visit and seek help from Mr. Haddadi the internet sales manager and Mr. Bolad the finance manager. We appreciate the experience and treatment that we received from these gentlemen. We're positive that you won't be disappointed at all. More
