Prior to buying vehicle, I was assured verbally that they would get me a 2nd key OR I would not have purchased this vehicle. Still waiting - have spoken to Moe Esa 4 days ago-not returning my calls. Out of would get me a 2nd key OR I would not have purchased this vehicle. Still waiting - have spoken to Moe Esa 4 days ago-not returning my calls. Out of pocket cost for 2nd key is $566. I have requested check in that amount or they get me a 2nd key. Plus my loan was submitted to 1 lender after I unlocked my credit and it is a ridiculous high rate of interest. Unless the issue re: key is resolved, I will recommend to everyone I know not to buy a vehicle from them. I would appreciate a call from Sam Raabe and resolution of this issue. More

The reason for my 3 star rating is my poor experience with the Salesman, Scott Stratton. Scott did not have knowledge of the cars, the inventory, he misstated the make and model of the car I was interest with the Salesman, Scott Stratton. Scott did not have knowledge of the cars, the inventory, he misstated the make and model of the car I was interested in, did not know the mileage, did not offer me a test drive, and at the end of it all when I asked if the payment he quoted me for a lease included taxes, he said yes, and I only found out at the very end of the process that I would pay taxes above and beyond the lease monthly rate. After 6 hours there I wasn't about to walk away, but I was misled. When I started questioning the information Scott shared, he got a bad attitude and made my daughter and I uncomfortable. We became more demanding, and Mohammad was helpful to finish the process. That said I would never recommend Scott Stratton again. All other parts of my experience were worthy of a 5 star rating, including my interaction with Mo (Mohammad) and Youssef. More
