We Purchased a Rav-4 from Tom (salesman). Overall it was a great experience. Tom was very patient with our test drive and when we were checking out the third row seats we noticed the rear sea Overall it was a great experience. Tom was very patient with our test drive and when we were checking out the third row seats we noticed the rear seat rails wouldn’t adjust. He said they would fix that if we purchased the vehicle. So we decided this car was right for us. They had to find the parts found them but it took a while for the shipping (which took 2-1/2 weeks). Only took the service department a few hours to get the job done. We are very pleased with our interaction and would do business with them again if the occasion presented itself. More

The folks at Tynan’s Nissan are always helpful. It’s typically really easy to get in for an oil change (it’s first come first served). They have a “quiet room” with internet and charging access so It’s typically really easy to get in for an oil change (it’s first come first served). I came in for new tires and a an alignment. After I left the car was pulling to the right and it wasn't before. I took it back the "did the alignment again" didn't fix anything.
