We Purchased a Rav-4 from Tom (salesman). Overall it was a great experience. Tom was very patient with our test drive and when we were checking out the third row seats we noticed the rear sea Overall it was a great experience. So we decided this car was right for us. They had to find the parts found them but it took a while for the shipping (which took 2-1/2 weeks). Only took the service department a few hours to get the job done. We are very pleased with our interaction and would do business with them again if the occasion presented itself. More
