We drove all the way to Deland from Orlando, FL because of our first phone call interaction, since then there has never been a complaint with Service experience or any other issues. So instead of driving 5 mins up the road, we still drove 1hr for the customer experience. We traded our 2023 Telluride for our 2025 Telluride with all the bells and whistles! We couldn’t be happier and to top it off, financing was amazing with Mr. Amir who got us into our trade with zero hassles with Kia Financing. Though this is my third vehicle leased or purchased from DeLand KIA, I could NOT be more disappointed. The sales person and his manager agreed on two items: trade in value for my car and $2,000 under MSRP DeLand KIA, I could NOT be more disappointed. The sales person and his manager agreed on two items: trade in value for my car and $2,000 under MSRP for the cap rate for lease purposes. They did NOT honor their commitment for the cap rate. I had already surrendered my old car and was late for an appointment commitment (which they knew). When I questioned their tactics later, they said they made up for it in the rebate. We never had a discussion about rebate. As a three time customer, I was already eligible for the rebate. They owe me a $2,000 concession on the cap rate (simply, our agreement).
