Would have been a 5 except one week after the oil change I had oil on my garage floor. Car was driven approximately 30 miles in that one week. I immediately called the dealership and discussed the issue with Bree. She said as long as I could see oil on the dipstick to bring the car right in which I did. She was very apologetic and had the car looked at right away. She explained there was an issue applying the oil filter which caused the leak that lost about one quart of oil. Problem was resolved quickly .... about 40 minutes. More
