Matt and finance manager Mo were a dream team to work with, incredibly diligent and helpful to get my husband and I into our 2025 Chevy Equinox. We were not easy on Matt with negotiations, but he took it in stride and did not let that affect the outcome of getting us into our new vehicle. Matt’s demeanor never caved, he remained professional and heard our concerns, accepted the challenge and made it happen. All while keeping a smile on his face and getting the job done in a way that worked for everyone. Salesmen wouldn’t get a bad wrap if they took a page from Matt’s book. More

The sales guy even drove through car and admitted there was an issue. I'd rate this entire debacle as 0 stars. Worst car buying experience ever. The only helpful person was our finance guy. The car we initially wanted was taken home by an employee so we settled on what we realized is a lemon. The sales guy lied about the discount we were getting and the managers in both sales and service don't seem to want to fix the issues we brought up upon signing the paperwork. My last truck was from this dealership and I unfortunately thought they held the same standards as before. Ohh and too boot they said minor accident in the carfax....yeah that was a lie as well per the accident report. I hope someone at their customer service department actually reads these, because this will be the last time I ever car shop at this location and I plan on making sure to warn anyone I know buying a car that this is what you should expect from Lou Bachrodt Coconut Creek. A broken shock tower, bent rims, missing oil caps, missing sterring wheel buttons, and dismissal from sales and service management and untruthful damage reports, oh and a broken navigation system onstar cannot connect and cannot read the car. Glad you added that fee to check the car to makes sure it's clear for sale.... More

I bought a used car from Lou Bachrodt Chevrolet Coconut Creek on January 26, 2025, and it’s been a nightmare. The salesman, Scott, and GM Matt Harbinson promised in writing to fix the broken passenger seat Creek on January 26, 2025, and it’s been a nightmare. The salesman, Scott, and GM Matt Harbinson promised in writing to fix the broken passenger seat—over a month later, it’s still not done. Scott now claims it was "AS IS," despite texts and an email proving otherwise. Shady bait-and-switch tactics. Finance manager Muhammad Shaheen misled me into signing for $2,000+ in optional services I didn’t want. I canceled them the next day, but the refund to my lienholder still hasn’t come through. They also removed floor mats that were in the car during the test drive, then denied they were ever included. Matt Harbinson ignores all my emails about these issues, showing zero accountability. This place lies, delays, and dodges responsibility. I’ve filed complaints with the BBB and Florida consumer services—stay away unless you want broken promises and missing money. Take your business elsewhere! More

Carmen was a great and he is open and honest about the industry. They just happened to have a 2024 Camaro 2SS 1LE in Alpine White delivered less than 36 hours prior with all the options I wanted, down to industry. Bill Duharte met me at the door, I told him the car I was looking for and he made everything possible for me to check out the car and make sure everything was functioning before I decided to make my purchase looking for and he made everything possible for me to check out the car and make sure everything was functioning before I decided to make my purchase. While I am very satisfied with the vehicle I chose, the gentleman in the finance department Mohammad ensured that I most likely will not be back looking for another car there anytime soon. He seemed very cold, didn't understand why I didnt want to purchase a brand new car, and was a bit insulting when I wanted to finance 5,000-7,000. He told me over and over that no bank would take the loan because of the year of the car. He definitely didn't care about the interests of the customer and only was polite to me after I walked back into the dealership with 5 grand cash. He didnt even finish closing the deal with me, just had his co-worker who reeked of cigarettes do the rest. Thanks again to Bill who went out of his way to assist me for many hours. I love my Honda Civic. More
