Bought my Highlander new three years ago and get every service done there. Best vehicle I’ve ever owned, and I’ve been driving 50 years! My car is well cared for, and I believe the cost is reasonable. I can’t even think of anything they need to improve on. Please keep up the great customer focused service. I bought a 2007 Solara Convertible and a 2013 Corolla from this dealership and was completely happy both times. When it was time to purchase a truck, I came back to see Mo at this dealership and he took from this dealership and was completely happy both times. When it was time to purchase a truck, I came back to see Mo at this dealership and he took care of me just like back in 2007. Glad to be back in the Findlay Toyota family. More

I was on my way on vacation when I noticed my tundra was having a hard time starting. Had all my gear loaded for the weekend. Took it to Findlay Toyota and they took care of me, and in less than an hour we having a hard time starting. Had all my gear loaded for the weekend. Poor communication and lack of ability to speak to mgmt I tried buying a used car from this dealership. I called the first day the car was posted for sale to try to move foreword on purchase. I was strung I tried buying a used car from this dealership. I called the first day the car was posted for sale to try to move foreword on purchase. I was strung along for five days, being passed off between four+ people this including management (Tony Tabaku) who never would get back to me regarding my questions. I was referred to talk to Rob Martin (used car manager) however when I called in multiple times to ask to speak to him I was always redirected away and forced to speak to someone else. Finally on the fifth day of calling and countless conversations and runarounds I got a straight answer that the vehicle was not available for sale. Communication, organization, and the ability to talk to a manager at this dealership is rated a ZERO. The “Findlay” name they are so proud of doesn’t amount to anything in my experience. More
