I brought my car in for an oil change, tire rotation, and inspection sticker. All was done in a timely manner (an hour and a half) and Heather (service) walked me out and spoke to one of the dealers on my be inspection sticker. All was done in a timely manner (an hour and a half) and Heather (service) walked me out and spoke to one of the dealers on my behalf about a problem I had encountered last year..which was quickly resolved. I appreciate her taking those extra steps. I'm driving to Florida and they assured me they checked out my car thoroughly and it was ready to go. More

I wish the process wasn't as time consuming. I spent a total of seven hours across three days to find the right car at the right lease price.
